One of the goals in my life is to become a better person, and to never know when that moment occurs in this lifetime. I can only seek to find a way to improve on each experience I encounter as there are always challenges to learn from. 

Carol began her membership with the Florida Society of Professional Hypnotherapists and is a Board Certified member of the National Guild of Hypnotists and has multiple Certifications in the field.  In 2000, Carol learned from Mr. Gary Craig how to apply EFT to several people at a seminar and was so inspired by the almost instant transformations that she witnessed, Carol applied EFT to almost all of her clients from that point on. 
Carol became an NGH Board Certified Hypnotist in 2003 and submitted a Thesis on Self Esteem, Uprooting Negative Seed Thoughts.. This thesis is published in the Guild's own Hypnotist Forum Magazine in Spring of 2005. Carol Sue Rios is a published writer with articles in several South Florida magazines and journals. During her practice she specialized in Self Esteem. Self Esteem is at the root of many personal issues. A smaller version of which was published in a South Florida magazine in 2 parts. Carol has been Certified as a Master Hypnotist. Practicing Clinical Hypnosis. As an Emotional Freedom Practitioner, Carol has used techniques such as Emotional Freedom Technique as taught by Gary Craig and by Dr Roger Callahan, other wise known as, EFT.  Carol also utilized regression Hypnosis and other techniques as well and with the experience she has integrated into her Self Hypnosis recordings. .Carol became a Certified member of the National Federation of Neurolinguistic Psychology, & Certified as a Neuro-Metaphysical Practitioner under Dr William Horton.  College of Metaphysical Studies in Sarasota, FL, in 2002. Certifications including Certified Hypnosis Pain Management Trainer and more. 

Now Carol uses EFT and Spiritual Counseling to bring about a healing perception to the mind. In a simple and uncomplicated setting, Carol and her Clients form a communication that allows for a release of pent up and  restricted perceptions of existing problems or issues.
